The nearest airport is a mere 16km away, so convenient for a quick escape. The property does have sea views, but the WiFi is a bit useless if you can't even change the temperature with a pin. Towels were provided, thank goodness.
Oh, just the usual - scuffed walls, malfunctioning taps, and no latch on the stable doors. Perfectly normal for a charming cottage, really.

We stayed at Leo's Cottage in St Ives for a week and it was absolutely amazing. The views from the lounge and main bedroom were excellent, especially the view from the top bedroom. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with a large fridge freezer and dining table. The main bedroom was spacious with plenty of wardrobe hanging space, and the en suite bathroom was clean and modern. The cottage was just a short 20-meter walk to the nearest beach, and all other beaches were within a 10-minute walk. The harbor was also just a 3-minute walk away.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, with the beach just a stone's throw away and the town within walking distance. the cottage itself was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. the beds were incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. the views from the cottage were spectacular, especially during sunrise. We even had the pleasure of seeing a seal in the bay, which was a highlight for our teenage granddaughters. it was a great experience with friendly and helpful hosts.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

The view was incredible, especially waking up to the sight of the sea. It was so soothing and calming. The location was key, right on the harbor and very central. The beach in front of the house was a bonus, and being dog-friendly made it even better. We enjoyed long walks on the beach throughout our stay.
We also had issues with the deposit scheme. Our deposit was not returned in full, and we were charged for stained towels without proper evidence.
